Marty and Jenna
When planning out the perfect wedding, one of the first things every couple must consider is the location. For Jenna and Marty that was no small task because, well, they live in England and a lot of their family and friends live in BC. So, do they make everyone fly to them? Or, do they instead choose to get married surrounded by mountains and fresh forest air, and as many of their people as possible? As you can probably guess they chose BC and decided on having their wedding at Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler, BC, and the day couldn’t have been more perfect.
I’d seen so many weddings at Nita Lake Lodge before but had never had the chance to work there. I was so excited when they told me that would be the venue but I was especially excited to work with the ladies at Bliss Events. I’d seen their work before and have always been super impressed with their style, and this wedding was no different. They pulled off an absolutely perfect day with no hiccups or delays and totally kept their cool when a baby bear walked through the cocktail hour (I, on the other hand, was losing my shit!).
