Esther and Jeff’s forest green inspired wedding

Well, here we are near the end of 2019 and I’m looking at the pile of blogging I have left to do. The list is long and yet I can’t help but jump the line and throw in one of my absolute favourites of the year: Esther and Jeff’s autumn wedding at Cecil Green.

Now, if you follow me on Instagram then you’ll already know that this wedding has been in the spotlight a bit lately, having won Best Group Photo in the West Coast Wedding Awards as well as has placing on Junebug Weddings list of Top 50 Wedding Photos of 2019. As much as I’d love to take all the credit for that it’s really all about Esther and Jeff. From the very beginning these two prioritized not only photography, but CREATIVE photography. I know from a lot of experience that not every couple wants to prioritize wedding photography like these two did, but if you can it  pays off in huge ways, like, you know, getting really cool photos that you can cherish forever.

Esther and Jeff’s wedding at Cecil Green in Vancouver was one of the prettiest days we had in all of October. The day was filled with laughter coming at you from every direction and the warmth of their families definitely helped to take some of the bite out of the air. We had rain, we had sunshine, and we had all the coziness of a long-table dinner under a canopy of twinkle lights.

Thank you guys sooooo much for being such willing participants in my creative process, and thank you to your bridal parties, your friends, and your families for making me feel so welcome.
